地理位置还是很方便的，附近有地铁站和便利店，酒店服务也是到位的，一下车有服务生给开车门，虽然是五星，就是房内设备挺老的，吹风机像吸尘器似的，卫生间也不是特别干净，估计就是老酒店的缘故

设施老旧，水龙头都很难拧开，洗澡喷头安装太低，虽然天棚顶有花洒，但很不方便。定的是维拉行政房，但体现不出这个层次的设施水平。餐厅服务很差，服务员爱理不理，事先预订的包厢，到达时服务员居然告诉说不接客，厨房没有菜。虽然后来主管过来协调安排，并免了服务费表示歉意，但一家老牌五星酒店这样的服务，确实应该认真改进。
