跟老锦江一样，整体服务水准有待提高，有些老员工缺乏应有的职业意识，没有五星级酒店应有的接待规范和礼貌，接待客人缺乏基本谦恭，老油条太多，不过最近感觉有些年轻的服务人员还不错。
