豪华房的景观很棒，面积也够大，设施完备，还很有科技感！浴室双洗手池，干湿分离，用起来很便捷。只是早餐太差，比全季稍微好一点，比皇冠假日差不少，比洲际、香格里拉差远了……连现磨咖啡机和鲜榨果汁都没有，绝大部分食物都是冰凉的，属于五星级里的最低水平！最后说说服务，非常一般，尤其前台的个别姑娘，问之为何预付款了还需再刷1000预授权，答曰“万一你消费了呢！”办理到一半，来了个对账的人，这姑娘直接把我们晒在一旁，一句话没有，去了别的柜台对账，导致我们被迫换接待从新办理！

这家酒店地理位置还好，就是门口主干道经常会堵车。
房间设施有点老了，隔音不太好，有的房间是套房隔开的，还有个门，一开始住的隔壁小孩子的哭声，电视声，说话声都听的清清楚楚，然后再要求换房。换了个20楼的最底处的房间。
总体还可以。

朋友来入住酒店，帮他定了大床房，结果只给标间，在前台说要大床房，有房间却死活不肯换，一定要按门市价给她补差价，而且服务态度很差，补了差价，堂堂五星酒店欢迎水果也没，服务很差!极其差劲!反正花钱花得很生气。性价比很差!一千块钱的五星享受和体验这么差，还是日本管理的，给差评
