酒店位置还不错，离上戏，南京路等都不算远，就是离地铁口还是有点距离，正好遇到修路，不是很好走。酒店房间空间还算大，服务态度不错，可惜没有儿童的游乐设施。泳池不错，但天气有点凉，所以也没尝试。总体感觉还是不错的。

酒店服务很差，前台沟通能力欠缺，因为都不是上海本地人，对周边服务设施一问三不知。房间内设施比较陈旧，许多开关按键是坏的。

房间大 出行还算便利 但是…床单和枕套上都有明显污渍 早餐真的不值更不好吃 这也就算了 餐厅服务员和对外的厨师态度还非常差！问问题翻白眼、爱答不理！这是服务行业该有的态度？还有前台办理check in的一个女服务员！哎嘛！我们办理入住手续 她让我们干等着 去隔壁柜台不知道干嘛了！其他柜台都办了仨了 我们俩还没办上入住！我问她 她还态度傲慢 爱答不理！就问这酒店她家开的吗？不让住早点儿说话！不是公司让住 我出差再也不会选日航了！
