The shower was extremely dirty and the sanitary conditions were unacceptable. Inside the shower there was a leaf, and there was a large clump of hair in the corner of the shower.
The hotel is not close to any metro station. A minimum of 15 minutes are required to walk from the hotel to any station. As I was traveling with kids and elderly, this proved to be extremely inconvenient during our stay.
We arrived at our hotel early and were told to provide a phone number such that they could contact us when the room was ready. The hotel staff explicitly said that they would call the phone number when a room was available. However we never received a call.

入住的是豪华大床房。房间面积适中，布局合理，体现了希尔顿品牌一贯的商务风范。
· 办公友好：书桌宽敞，配有符合人体工学的座椅和多接口国际插座，为晚间加班提供了极大便利。
· 细节见品质：床垫软硬适中，支撑感好，保证了高质量的睡眠。浴室的热带雨林花洒水压充足，能迅速洗去疲惫。免费Wi-Fi网速极快，视频会议毫无卡顿。
· 景观加分：我房间的城市天际线夜景非常迷人，尤其在夜晚格外赏心悦目。

上海跨年，入住城中希尔顿真的挖到宝了！刚下车就有工作人员热情迎候，主动帮忙搬运行李，服务超贴心。本以为只是个普通的住宿地，结果被各种细节惊艳到。酒店位置绝佳，周边商圈、景点步行可达。前台的小哥哥小姐姐态度超赞，笑容温暖又亲切，办理入住全程丝滑。房间的床软乎乎的，舒服到躺下就不想动，差点睡过头错过退房。一楼的早餐品类超全，味道也很赞，吃到撑才罢休！已经开始期待下次入住了！

在一线城市性价比还算比较高，衞生乾净环境也挺好的，还有中餐厅一楼，还有酒吧，服务也很热情，为不是太理想的是，其它房门在半夜关闭的声音很响 ，?半夜一二点的时候也很多房门关闭声音特别响，希望能改善吧，如果改善了，以后还会来入住

由于双床房隔音不好给我更换了套房，服务还是非常不错的。唯一缺点是房间的空调对着床头吹，这是设计缺陷。

可以type C口直插充电这点很好，但是电视机不能投屏，略有点落伍。其他方面都还挺好。生意好到早餐甚至需要排队，早餐也还可以，服务方面有求必应。总体满意。
