酒店地理位置优越，大堂装修日式简介。大堂有礼宾提供便捷行李服务并热情引领至前台办理入住。前台check in方便省时而且提供免费欢迎饮料，喜欢Candy的真挚微笑。房间清洁OK，近延安路高架有夜景观赏。4楼健身中心跑步机不拥挤，空间数量足够。泳池也漂亮。3楼锦阁粤菜生意很好，可以尝试。整体感觉挺好。

酒店位置很好靠近静安商圈，交通方便。入住得比较晚前台stacy也很热情地帮我办了入住，安排了一个我很满意的房间，日航的员工服务越来越好了。大堂的机器人送物很有意思忍不住尝试了一下??上次入住遗漏的耳环退房时前台小哥Jim也很快帮我找到了，非常开心！日航一直是我来上海的第一选择??
