从迪士尼到市区办入住已经6:30了，被告知高级房只剩一间标准间了，但听到我们带着孩子非常友善的帮我们升级了房间，并且是free，人生中的第一次升级，哈哈哈，景色很好，感谢前台的melody小姐，专业又亲和，会再一次选择😁

总的性价比很高 地理位置和环境很好 出来地铁口过个马路就是酒店大门 左手南京街 对面人民广场 对于初次游上海的我们来说省了很多路走 当天入住30+楼层 视野超好 隔音效果也超棒 几乎完全听不到楼道里的人走动 很不错的入住 就是装修偏于老旧了

长期入住的酒店，地理位置优越，临近人民广场地铁站六七号出口，设施有些老旧，服务在五星级酒店里算中等靠上，外事人员较多，外国商务人士多有国外航空公司长期入住空姐多。酒店自助餐质量有待加强。就位置和星级而言，价格优惠。

对于酒店个人没有太多的建议，这次主要针对的事艺龙网站，由于孩子突然高烧，所有行程停止，要求退一天房第三方不同意，我只想说网站应该学学乌镇西栅景区，人家如果提前退订收20%费用，担是客户提供孩子的当天病例就可以全额退款（人性化）。还有我在退房时酒店前台没收到我的订单为什么不能退？?
