位置不错，但是服务质量和设施简直不敢直视。进门我一般都先看一眼厕所，结果就发现地上还有上一位客人留下的牙膏盖。。。 桌子上也都是一层类似衣物留下的纤维 不知道是清洁布擦桌子后留下的 还是别的，不敢多想。 只有位置还能拿的出手了。刷新了我对笠生酒店的最差印象。这是我最近住过的最不满意的酒店，没有之一。

人民广场旁的老品牌酒店，外国人很多。迎宾和前台服务态度很好。离步行街、外滩都近。吃喝玩乐都很方便。设施老旧一般，但干净卫生。高层的窗景很美。
