酒店位子位于人民广场对面，南京东路路口旁，新世界位子非常好找。昨晚办理入住手续，给升级了一个高级套房，感觉很不错。且昨晚办理的前台大概是经理级别的，态度非常好。首先，房间环境整体非常满意，入门就有一个外WC，一个18平左右的客厅，卧室与客厅隔着一扇推拉门。洗发露护发素沐浴露润肤露等洁具还不错。其次，装修风格这个价位来说很可以了，这个性价比来说，缺点就是床太软，空调比较吵，淋浴花洒不好用。
———————@【最后点评就是今天退房后，蛮生气的。一个短发年轻的前台姑娘，态度非常不好，我是欠了你五百万还是你有什么瞧不起我的地方吗？？？就是看她对外国人态度蛮好的。退房后，行李寄存，逛了一会回来取行李，我想要借个WC，爱答不理的，给了张WC的卡，结果我刷不进去，又去前台问她，一句：那你要等一下（神情冷淡）。我再问她：你好，是里面有人吗？人家就不理我了，让我干站着，她管自己头都不抬……一家蛮好的酒店给这样的前台毁了整体印象。建议整顿前台服务态度，其他服务包括门口帮忙拿行李的人员都非常好，就是这个前台的年轻女孩子，内部应该好好培训一番吧。】
