酒店服务很到位，亲子房设施齐全，沐浴露洗发水好大瓶，不愧是五星级园林式酒店。特别要给3区的服务员徐阿姨点个赞👍，很细心的服务，还多放了几瓶饮用水便于我们泡奶粉，真是谢谢了。

酒店的长处是离柯岩景区近，而且是园林式的，晚上在附近散步沿着河边很舒服，缺点是附近很荒芜没餐馆，只能依赖酒店配套的中餐厅和西餐厅，价格尚可，我们到达那天大概下午一点半左右，酒店一楼大堂正在装修，吵死了，进门长廊处没空调热哄哄的，大堂工作人员只有两三个，入住的客人多，等了很久都没人接待，而且没房间，要等到两点多才有打扫好的房间，我们只能吃完饭才回来休息，非常不愉快，两间房其中一间的厕所门打开的时候吱吱响很难听，如果酒店的等级是五星级，实在不匹配，早餐品种也不多，不会推荐
