酒店有亲子主题，带着小点的宝宝，居然没有床围栏，而且宝宝睡衣拖鞋等都没有，五星级酒店有点不太合格，亲子游玩区就一个小房间，里面几个玩具，孩子多了会争抢，另外最不满意的就是酒店的自助餐厅，5:30开始，还分批次进入，等进去的时候基本没啥吃的，服务很差，菜品很差……，下次不会推荐给朋友

房间太差了，还住着远，1300的房间还住角落，服务也不好，这个君澜度假酒店太差了，早餐一般，还没服务员过来找乎，还要自己去找位置，外面站着这么多服务员不知道干嘛，连拿个煎鸡蛋，也要排好久，过年人多，煎蛋就一个服务员在，去餐厅要自己占位，一点都不像星几酒店，房间去了，方门打不开，，要换服务员说没房间，就一直等，晕，下次在也不会住了，还是开元好

酒店环境不错，但客房设施差了点，特别是卫生间，可以用简陋来形容，很难与五星酒店匹配，好在酒店服务够得上五星

酒店很大，旁边就是柯岩风景区，早餐不错，房间挺大的，就是有点旧，虽说是五星级酒店，可是那个电吹风小小的，和五星级似乎不搭。我早上8点不到办理退房手续，前台服务员居然说下午二点之前办妥信用卡预授权交易，第一次遇到这样的事。

服务很好，晚上还要红豆汤喝，孩子生病了，延迟到2点退房，还送来体温计。鲁镇走过去还是有点距离的，晚上也没什么看头。

酒店比较老旧，房间装修很一般。千万别订行政房，外面是个垃圾站，噪音很严重，绝对的差评。游泳池很不错，关键是服务人员的服务态度和主动性，很不错。离柯岩景区比较近，不过没有去，没有发言权。
