酒店交通便利，离各旅游景点都特别近，很方便的！服务人员热情礼貌，主动招呼客人，这个留下深刻的印象，酒店大堂茶歇台布置具有很中国的概念！大门口礼宾主动帮忙拉行李，前台黄恩惠技能熟练，会员礼遇实施很好，介绍酒店设施全面，服务耐心。等候时有欢迎茶水赠送。客房卫生细致干净，卫生间超大，大大的圆浴缸，很是满意。床也舒服。早餐丰盛，种类较多，口味挺好，有现磨的咖啡，门口小姑娘很热情，2楼江南忆餐厅装饰极具江南特色，价格实惠口味很好，网上团购了198套餐，分量很足。总之非常满意的一次，值得入住！

酒店管理不错，前台也很热情，有小孩海送了小玩具，让孩子们很开心，酒店早餐也很丰盛。酒店房间很大，卫生间跟宽敞，浴缸也很大，唯一美中不足的是，订了三个房间，有个房间的马桶不太给力了，其他都很好！总体来说还挺好的，推荐入住。离鲁迅故居也不是很远。
