酒店位于市中心，去鲁迅故里和沈园都是比较便利，服务人员很热情，早餐丰富，就是房间不大，空调到了晚上11点多就关了，被热醒多次，这点特别差，一个酒店为了省钱不应该这么做，希望以后能有所改变

早餐比较丰富，但还需提升，西餐准备不够，中餐荤菜不足.酒店加床一般都收费，双人间没法加床. 会主动附赠停车券. 客房服务要提升，送东西比较慢. 但是服务态度很好，十分客气. 本来等的要发脾气，特意跑下前台好好“聊聊”，被态度打败...作为老牌五星酒店，的确要跟进步伐了，新起的高端酒店集团软硬件都基本能打败开元这种老牌了.

每次到绍兴出差都选择住这家酒店，从来不会让我失望。高速过来平江路非常方便，酒店地下车库应该是刚装修干净整洁。前台小姐姐非常热情，把酒店全方位介绍一遍。自助早餐品种丰富，本地特色菜肴可口。房间安排了喜欢的原形浴缸，大气豪华，发现这次床上用品全新的，客房大姐还留有温馨提示纸条，温暖。特别要表扬一下健身房，真是健身达人的首选，第一次发现五星级酒店居然有这么齐全的健身房，跑步机是美国顶级力健品牌，果断挥汗5公里。

位置在最繁华的市中心的中心要道上，商场高楼林立,酒店就能俯瞰周围，吃住行很方便，出门门就地铁或公交.站，酒店早餐丰盛，房间干净卫生，服务员热情周到，需要什么都会全力帮助，很好的体验 下次来还会来入住 特别棒 给五分
