大厅太吵没有秩序，枉为五星。因为是老五星房间太小，洗漱用品不全是电话到总台要来的堂堂五星酒店如此服务要改善了

酒店整洁干净舒适，温馨感觉非常不错👍👍。房间很大，前台服务人员态度和蔼可亲，入住工作效率很高。早餐也非常丰富。酒店周边交通方便，去周边景点沈园，鲁迅故里都很近。值得入住的酒店。

设施较新，干净卫生，服务热情周到，尤其是大堂里的迎宾两小姑娘，来宾刚进门，又热又渴，两杯酸梅汤，让人很暖心，化解了旅途的烦燥。总台服务员也是非常热心，讲话一直面带微笑，让人觉得很亲近。离店时，因离高铁出发时间还早，酒店外又热，酒店还人性化地延长了1个小时退房时间，让人感觉很惬意，该酒店周边环境较好，周恩来、鲁迅、秋瑾、蔡元培等故居就在边上，很近，3公里左右……，下次一定还来住喔！
