环境：透过酒店大堂落地玻璃窗可以看到一汪碧绿的湖水，湖面上停靠着两艘制作精美的乌篷船，随手一拍都是一道亮丽的风景。

中餐厅和早餐厅都很不错；中餐厅的主管张建华非常专业，服务周到，我们带着老妈妈来用餐，时间已经晚了，她仍然很耐心，对长者家很有爱，必须点赞。中餐菜也烧得不错，正值端午，厨师现做的巧果也非常好吃??
早餐厅的菜品丰富，服务人员很细心，看我拉着老妈妈，就忙过来帮我端盘子；
前台经理也很不错，帮我的房间升级，窗外可以看到绍兴闹市区的街景，雨中的江南水乡别有韵味！

酒店的地理位置很不错，出门步行可达阳明故里、黄酒博物馆、西小河、府山公园等绍兴名胜景点。
老牌五星级酒店，服务很不错。
晚上有开夜床服务，
有服务员上门送红枣红豆粥，机器人送水到门口。
作为携程会员，酒店给了不错的房间，感谢??
早餐也不错，食物的品质都不错，
绍兴当地的豆腐干好吃哦??
亮点：酒店的花园很大很漂亮，湖里两条乌篷船非常有绍兴水乡的当地特色。
不足：卫生间的下水有点慢。

酒店位置很好，房间挺宽敞，离绍兴各个景点距离都不远。
设施：房龄稍长，设施稍显陈旧。
服务：服务人员热情，遗落在酒店的东西也帮忙邮寄回来了。

刚入住房间时厕所是坏的，大便几次冲不干净，叫维修工过来维修。第二天早上早餐时，遇到一个服务员态度非常差。浴缸太别矮，马桶也非常矮。不推荐！不推荐！不推荐！
