停车就有服务生帮忙开门，打伞，前台美女kay赠送了小朋友洗漱用品和丝巾，晚上回房间还有水果赠送，真的十分的贴心，服务一百分。房间很干净，床用的是金可儿，很舒服。小朋友说下次还要住这边。有点小遗憾，泳池一天只能进一次，不过泳池的恒温处理很赞，一点都不冷。不管怎么说下次来柯桥还是会住这边

赶在9月30号那天决定来绍兴，看看点评决定入住绍兴天马大酒店！从我们刚到酒店开始服务真的很贴心，会给我们送上当地特色梅干菜，给小朋友送了棒棒糖和小玩具，还有小朋友专用的拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，最后在我们出去吃好晚饭回来还给我们送上了酸奶，真的做到用心服务，以后如果有人要来绍兴，我绝对会第一时间推荐这家酒店
