酒店環境優美，房間超級大，干淨，舒適。餐廳菜色很好美味。前台服務人員熱情周到，專門開車帶我們去巡視一遍，耐心介紹酒店的建築風格和歷史。贊一下。

硬件一流，服务也算周到，主打休闲奢华牌，不过交通略不便。酒店没有接送站车。泳池应该是开放的，二十五米短池，露天的。

房间挺大的，周围环境非常好，青山绿水，空气清新。晚上还有甜品送到房间。酒店的餐厅味道不错，需提前预订。

我女儿过生日我们入住，感觉挺好的，很休闲，有隐居山林之美。个人建议比如可以增加古琴演奏这样的活动很搭的。

前台经理非常棒，很温馨的接待，还给我们讲解建筑的特点，历史。整个酒店有回家的感觉，酒店所有的服务人员，从接送的司机到餐厅服务，客房服务，都有家人的感觉，非常不错的一次隐居山林的体验。下次来绍兴一定还是这里。

端午节假期来住的，一直没来评论，那天办理入住的客人很多，以为会等很久才能check in，不过一进大堂就送上欢迎毛巾和清茶，前台陈智慧办理的入住也很快，全程非常亲切，服务真的很好，礼宾tank也非常的热情，送我们回房间的路上一路介绍酒店的古建筑历史，在中国的酒店里面甚是难得，整个酒店依山傍水，景色美丽，虽然假期里入住的客人很多，但是并没有吵闹，反而很安静！

上海过来2个半小时的自驾还算方便，就是天气太热了，不过一到酒店的欢迎毛巾和冰镇山楂金银花冷饮倒是让心情凉爽不少，前台小姑娘小慧办理的入住，笑容非常亲切，对酒店的周边信息也非常了解，非常nice，送去房间的礼宾小伙Max也非常的热情，大热天保持这样的工作状态非常不错，酒店的古建筑群落非常漂亮，相信下次还会再来.
