多次入住了，在绍兴的几家五星级酒店中属于性价比蛮高的。位置好、设施齐，就是早餐差了些，大堂吧的蛋糕也口味一般，且结账操作慢。但客房服务很周到、即便小长假人很多，服务也很高效。湖景更不错，赞一个，可惜雨天拍不出效果

设施还是可以的，毕竟皇冠假日酒店。价格不算好。带着孩子出游都选洲际这些类似的酒店。希望性价比更好吧。餐饮味道一般。
