  客房服务很棒，就是有点难找，以为是景区，在梅山公园里，幸好有开电瓶车的师傅在门口，表扬王师傅！ 客房服务也很不错，前台小程妹妹很棒，一到房间就送来了红豆黑米粥，如图！ 需要改进的地方：浴袍质量不行，建议换珊瑚绒的白色浴袍，马桶没有智能马桶盖，不太方便。

  酒店在镜湖公园里面，环境特别好！ 自然风光很不错，很静！ 酒店分很多栋，都是独立栋。房间很大带院子，适合家人朋友出行。 前台小刘，小谭姐很棒，很亲切！ 我们五个人出行定了两间房，免费给我们提供了两张早餐券。 酒店缺东西打客服也是很快给我们送到房间来。

  非常好的入住体验。酒店在镜湖湿地公园，环境优美。服务员小李主动帮我们升了园景房，开窗即可见梅山和适南亭。为配合探梅主题，酒店配的画基本都是梅花，很有心。酒店服务特别贴心，天凉降雨，服务员小谭姑娘送来温热的小米粥，太暖心了！酒店有停车场，有接驳车，有餐厅，早餐也不错。性价比高，五星推荐。

  前台服务到位，房间也很有特色，有点日式的装修风格，也干净，我住的是一间大床，里面还有一个榻榻米，上面可以睡一个人，还有一个三人沙发也可以睡一个人，环境更没得说，还有管家送的水果，饮料，小点心和小米粥，大爱，准备提前下单春节带家人朋友再来住

  酒店位置绝佳，位于镜湖湿地公园内。可以加床，适合带孩子游玩。早餐不错，到早晨九点半。有园区停车场，住宿可以领电子劵。
