服务员相当差，房务你问他拿东西基本就是没了，打电话告诉总台，就一脸不高兴的拿来，第二天记得很清楚房间的充电器在里面，退房却说不见了。赔一个80，在木板上扔下吸烟就要一百。我也就呵呵了
