地点是很方便，出门步行可以到达鲁迅故里、沈园，购物中心。但是与5星酒店不是太匹配，房间是大，但是设施陈旧，尤其浅色地毯看上去很脏，卫生间有下水道的异味。只能说住的马马虎虎。

周边环境不错，绍兴很宜居。房间里电脑不能用，设施可能有点陈旧，房间30平米大小，感觉是有点小了，酒店整体满意，早餐好吃

早餐打包服务相当差劲，真想骂他们领班，先说不能打包～明明两份早餐，客人不方便下楼，没什么不能打包。之后说一定要服务员给打包，那也行，一小盒白粥，一小盒水果，一小盒包子油条咸菜吧，他奶奶的，领班说，只能两个打包盒，你真是拽，我只能用水果盒盖装点咸菜。br我说你们一个月能碰到几个打包的客人要求？这是什么五星级酒店？以后再也不住了，想想都来气，这个领班好下岗了，差劲！！

只能说价格偏高，房间建议还是铺地毯，垃圾桶建议放上垃圾袋，打着环保酒店的名义，实质还有待改善
