五星的酒店给了4星，确实有许多点需要改善。
?位置：距鲁迅故里及步行街不远，步行或打车均可便捷抵达。
?房间：16楼双床房，设施稍显陈旧（地毯格外较明显）；床单上有血渍；
空调的风声音有点大；晚上房还有蚊子严重影睡眠。
高层视野尚可，能俯瞰部分城市景观，也可看工地，主要是可避开楼下一排排空调外机影响。
?早餐：品类丰富、口味佳。
?服务：客房服务热情周到，大厅帮忙取送行李，停车场宽敞。

房间布局有问题，空调出风口对着床头吹，睡觉时头吹的疼。房间内热水反应慢，要开20分钟以上才能慢慢热起来。礼宾人员服务周到，停车很方便，周边商圈配套完善，距景区方便，近而不闹。

房间整体非常不满意，原因主要有3
1、房间楼层很低，位置也很差，窗外一个大烟囱，像一个厂房，完全没有景色可看
2、细节的衞生极差，装吹风机的收纳袋非常脏，估计几年没清洗没擦过了
3、早餐比较一般，小孩子收64一位，很贵了，毕竟没什么吃的

第一个差评给这家酒店，入住之前已有心理准备，老牌五星，环境之类暂且不説。一点钟到了结果没有房间，我们能理解周末可能比较忙，还没来得及打扫，我们就放下行李，准备出去玩一圈再回来办理入住，最近绍兴的天气闷热潮湿，我们外面走一圈回来同行的人都热得不行，还有三个小朋友，其中还有一个是小婴儿，三点多钟办理入住被告知房间还是没有好，让我们继续等。。。消费者权益就是你们要求必须十二点退房，但是入住得等你们有房间空出来？？？七八百的房费不算贵，但是迷你吧收费不理解，而且收费不会明码标价，藏在一个很隐蔽的小册子里！！第二天快要退房了，房间发现一只超大的小强。更可气的是，告知大堂经理，大堂经理説，好的，我让查房的人去看一下，然后，就没有然后了！？

房间不大，五脏俱全，该有的设施都有，按五星标准配置，很有绍兴特色，性价比高，相比绍饭小咸亨世贸温德姆，这家性价比较高，住的比较多了。这家的早餐虽然品种不多，但是超级好吃，有我最爱的状元糕
