前台非常亲切有礼。房服。其他员工亦是。酒店设施不错。我大约4点才到 亦告知还有下午茶。付近有天虹及另一个大型商场。逛街吃东西都很方便 ????

办理入住时有段小插曲，取了匙咭后搭电梯上房，到达楼层时眼前一片漆黑，全楼层没有灯，靠手机电筒搵到房间，即时联络前台，很快就有职员上来处理
房间很大乾净企理，毛巾系消毒完独立包装，两房三浴室适合家庭旅客
美中不足系细房浴室热水不够热，电视比一般酒店较细同埋地理位置有点远

深圳聚会，酒店环境挺好，安静休息的舒适，适合办公?休息，如果空调安静点会更好，主要周边商业氛围也好，吃东西方便，好评吧

酒店虽然比较旧，但很乾净，房间也很大，还有浴缸，酒店对面有大型商场，还有很多食的地方，就是电视机比较旧，以这个价钱性价比非常高，如果从机场过去就比较近，从深圳过去就太远了，所以不太适合北上的香港人，除了像我这次只要求舒适而且有时间的香港人。
