    这次是带孩子过来玩，很高级的酒店，客房经理Letty还特意送了玩具给孩子，重点是酒店的枕头可以选择，我选的决明子枕头，这小细节做的太好了，早餐也非常丰盛，nice day？

    入住体验超预期！到达酒店大堂就有工作人员热情的问候，前台办理入住也是非常的专业且效率，特别感谢管家Letty入住期间的照顾，很温暖。房间是湾景的，景色好极了，设施高端现代，特别是智能马桶和戴森吹风机，让居住体验倍增舒适感。房间也很大，有免费的mini吧。还有一个日落超美的空中花园，一杯酒看日落，太美了。

    感谢管家sini在我入住三天提供贴心服务。房间景观尽收眼底。游泳池配套设施齐全，水上按摩十分棒。早餐品种丰富。味道也不错。离开时才发现我的身份证不见，sini和其他工作人员热情帮我寻找。十分感谢吖！下次会再人住呢！

    深圳康莱德酒店从位置便利度到管家Willow服务质感，每一处都让人感到满意。地理位置在南山区前海听海大道5001号，离桂湾地铁站也很近。楼下隔壁就是壹方滙，吃喝玩乐一站式搞定，晚上想吃宵夜、逛街都方便。管家Willow服务很好，有问必答有求必应，准备了纪念品。洗漱用品是柏芮朵的，戴森吹风机用着也很顺手。酒店设施齐全，还有24小时开放的健身房。乾净的环境，管家Willow贴心的服务，便利的位置，让人非常满意。深圳必住推荐，下次来一定还选这里。willow服务很棒
