    非常满意的一次入住。原本预订的豪华大床房。后前台小哥帮我升级了豪华阁大床房。以后还会入住。

    特地回来点评一下，我入住的大床房在22xx房间， 本酒店我第一个也是唯一一个给小费的工作人员， 房间环境没得説，服务员Irene Ma是大大的加分项，下次出差深圳我可能真的会为了再见到她而入住香格里拉22楼！

    1. 第一次住香格里拉。并没有想象中的好。房间提供的水是冰露的，而且只摆放了两瓶水。太抠门了。好歹是五星级的品牌酒店，哪怕放个农夫山泉或娃哈哈也?算。节省成本节省的连底线都没有了。上一次碰到冰露的五星级酒店是?七八年前西安的盛美利亚。 2. 尝试了酒店的SPA，价格和服务不匹配。前台女孩即是前台也是技师。关键按的很不专业。没让她按完就提前结束了。绝对不会再选择。好的水疗是给酒店品牌增加价值和口碑的。这家感觉是外包的。估计是要的租金太多，不挣钱只能糊弄客人了。不会再选择。

    出差入住，凌晨才到，被升级到套房，144平方，意外。进房间，第一印象是豪华，我最希望看到的智能马桶让我因为飞机晚点而糟糕的心情立刻变好。唯一让人遗憾的是床头没有插座，打电话要了个插线板解决问题。早餐、服务都体现出知名五星酒店的水准。特别感谢的是前台Fiona，我退房时房卡里夹了一张50人民币的纸币，自己都不清楚。离开酒店后Fiona特意打电话给我告知，加了我微信后退还给我，虽然钱不多，但体现出服务的水准。
