  The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, a bustling surrounding commercial district, and proximity to the convention center. The front desk staff, Jossce, provided excellent service warm, attentive, and efficient in room arrangements.   Jossce's service was excellent. She promptly handled the check in procedures with a professional and friendly attitude, actively introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The room was well prepared, clean and comfortable. The service was also outstanding, with quick responses, resulting in a smooth and pleasant overall experience.   My stay at the hotel was once again a wonderful experience. The service provided by the front desk staff member, Jossce, was particularly impressive. She was extremely warm and attentive, not only arranging my room promptly and efficiently but also kindly offering a complimentary upgrade and a late check out, which made me feel truly well taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and bright, with excellent floor to ceiling window views spacious and open. During the day, the room was filled with ample sunlight, and at night, the city lights created a dazzling scene. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, situated right next to a lively shopping district with easy access to the subway and bus stops, making transportation incredibly easy. Overall, it was a stay that offered great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!
