    Wonderful place to stay. The hotel is extremely comfortable, has great sized rooms and the staff are amazingly attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a truly great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Overall pleasant stay. Good location. Shang palace has great dim sum. Concerige are helpful and friendly. Love the extra big 2.4m king bed.

    房间非常乾净！酒店位置也很方便，离地铁站口岸都非常近。酒店工作人员态度也都很好。早餐自助餐选择超级多，位置也多，供应时间很长，早上用餐不会很拥挤。尤其前台Kiki Wu服务非常热情！

    香格里拉酒店位置好，在深圳火车站和罗湖口岸隔壁，出站就能看到，进出港深都方便。楼下有地铁9号线和公交车站市内出行也方便。老牌五星酒店服务好，房间乾净衞生没有异味，淋浴水压比较舒服能快速冲去旅行的疲惫。
