    Booked the three-bedroom family suite and it really is a nice space for a big family. The location is really nice as a few steps away from Aqila Spa as well as the park, with a large space and tennis courts. Also right by the Taoyuan metro station so convenient to access other parts of Shenzhe

    五星外观、二星服务！别被高分数骗了！ 这家饭店最让人无言的就是服务超级差！ 我晚上10:30点叫了雪糕外卖，他们说10分钟内会送上来，结果等了半小时还没送，最后我等了一个小时才自己下去拿。更傻眼的是，雪糕已经半融化了，我放进冰箱，才发现冰箱居然是温的！ 而且饭店连从外卖柜台把东西放上机器人的几秒钟都不愿意做，这样的服务根本不配五星级。整体体验比我住过的许多三星级商务旅馆还差。 我真的不会再来这家饭店了。别被「圣淘沙」这名字或高分数骗了！实际服务品质让人大失所望。请大家三思而后订！ 5-Star Looks, 2-Star Service – Don’t Be Fooled by the Ratings! The biggest issue with this hotel? Terrible service I ordered ice cream delivery at 10:30 PM. They told me it would be delivered in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes—nothing. After a full hour, I went downstairs myself to get it. By then, the ice cream was already half-melted. I put it into the fridge, only to find the fridge wasn’t even cold! The hotel couldn’t even spend a few seconds to transfer my food from the locker to the robot. For a so-called 5-star hotel, this level of service is unacceptable. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences at 3-star business hotels. I will never return.Don’t be fooled by the fancy name or high ratings—the actual service is far from 5-star quality.

    办理入住前台小哥很细心，主动问候很有礼貌，服务很贴心，环境也真的很不错，房间是落地窗景观很好，设施设备齐全，有物品齐全，蛮新的房间。

    The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are well maintained. Check-in was smooth and the overall stay was quiet and restful. One thing to note is that no one speaks English, so communication can be a bit difficult. Aside from that, it’s a good place to stay and offers good value.
