酒店很新，配套不错，服务也很贴心。家庭出行非常方便，附近的公园、科技馆、商场也都很适合亲子游。顶层旋转餐厅早餐小朋友们很喜欢。短假期好去处。

Top reasons to book it:
1. Perfect location - one minute away from a beautiful peaceful park 光明新城公园; across the road from the shopping mall Mira and Wanda Plaza; opposite of the culture center of GuangMing.
2. Only 1,5 km away from the major tourist attraction - Red Bridge Park 虹桥公园 I recommend to get on the bus when you go there and come back on foot (it’s down the hill)
3. Stunning architecture- the building itself is a great landmark in the area.
4. Huge room with ideal layout and overall design, lots of aesthetic details that makes a sense of cozy yet modern home.
The room is equipped with a smart home system, no old school telephones by the toilet seat, there’s an inbuilt compact speaker.
5. Spacious shower room. But the key feature of the room is the grand bathroom with an elegant bathtub. The whole bathroom is surrounded by the panoramic windows, so you can enjoy a mesmerizing view of the city.
6. Another hot feature of this hotel is its dining hall located on the top floor inside the rotating platform, so anyone may have a chance to experience the 360 degrees view.
The breakfast menu is diverse and rich, balanced mix of chinese and western cuisine, with fresh aromatic coffee and cooked on site pastries like Viennese waffles.
7. Service was incredible, in English, smooth, smart and personalized, personnel even deliver your takeaways directly to your door, in case the robot is busy or charging.
8. The lounge area is enormous with a gorgeous patio equipped with soft sofas, decorated with a man made waterfall and greenery.

前台小姐姐主动给升级了房间，衞生很不错，装修大气，负一楼有洗衣房，免费的，已经开业一年，也没有什么味道，自助餐品种也很丰富，旋转餐厅在23楼，孩子们觉得很好玩，留下了美好回忆

退房时已经给酒店反馈前3条内容；
1.客房内需加强下 地毯吸尘清洁和床品检查。
2.浴室的花洒和雨淋 出水开关标识不明显。
3. 元月3号早上9点半到餐厅、早餐出品不足 基本都要等待（客人较多），可能是节假日入住率高的因素，但如果入住率高 应该提前作人手安排及食材安排。
4.前台办理入住时的男生 态度亲切，点赞????！

酒店整体气派不凡，大堂空间开阔通透。前台的小江和小龙热情周到地为我办理入住，并非常贴心地告知由于当前入住率较低，为我免费升级了房间，令人倍感惊喜。升级后的客房宽敞且舒适，入住体验极佳。晚间返回酒店时，向前台的Jimmy和Daisy谘询外卖相关事宜，他们也以极高的专业素养和亲切态度及时提供了帮助，解决问题迅速而细致。下次来深圳还会考虑来这个酒店！非常极其满意！特别感谢小江！！诚意满满的服务！
