店很新，房间很乾净整洁，服务态度很好，我们之前定的房型太小了，Carol还很贴心帮我们升级了房间，很喜欢。下次还会来。位置明显好找，有自己的停车场，大堂乾净明亮，房间没有异味，通风好，隔音效果很好，很安静没有噪音.

这次入住太惊喜了！酒店环境安静雅致， 入住这家酒店，感觉很不错，性价比之王！房间空间很大，布局合理。前台Bruce办理入住很快，前台服务很热情，很贴心。酒店的隔音效果也很好，晚上睡得特别安稳，下次出差还来这儿！

来看骑射比赛 第一次到了光明区 酒店离高铁光明城站较近 15分钟车程 离红花山体育中心也是这个距离 很方便！前台接待和房间都很不错 安排了18楼 説比较安静 视野也很开阔 还附送了酒店餐饮和啤酒优惠券 但回来太晚了就没有去体验 因为附近餐饮貌似不多 正好在赛场附近吃完了再回酒店 点外卖的话机器人直接送上房间 早餐也算丰富 总结一句：入住体验蛮好的！

房间整洁冇异味，大致满意，只是双床房冇浴缸。但企缸花洒很舒服，弥补不足，冬天没有恒温游泳池，所以没有开放，而健身室也很大。圣诞假期早歺人太多，收不切歺具同有点混乱。员工很友善。如有shuttle bus往返地铁站就更方便了。

首先酒店位置不方便，距离地铁站和主要商场需要步行15至20分钟。每次外出都需要叫车，附近也没有商舖。
另外，本人是家庭住宿，两个大人和一个四岁小朋友入住双床房，当问酒店提供小脚踏凳，给予孩子在洗手间用，却遭到酒店拒绝。最后，还是本人觉得最严重的问题是酒店的房间温度，维持在28.1度至29度，多次向前台和工程部反映需要调低温度的时候，却遭到拒绝，理由是酒店房间温度全是中央系统管理，并没有特别的制冷系统，而且房间的棉被特别厚，整天晚上都不能安睡。入住了一晚，整体感觉上酒店表面是不错，但内里的服务却不如三星酒店，并没有体贴客户的真正需求。第一次给予差评。

From roads on map, north of Wanda Square is not far away to walk to hotel. But the road is not pedestrian walkway. Finally we needed to call taxi on the highway. Lobby was large. Had a bar and a billiards table. Room was already available at noon. We got upgrade to bathtub room. Room was quite new, very big and clean. You even could not be able to find a bit dirt in the bathtub. The nearest building from the windows was over 1 kilometer. View was so wide. Nothing to eat and walk around. Breakfast was great.

There is a good Hotel, the desk atendend give total atention, are the comunication at inglish is a little poor but they are always prompt to help. The GYM is new with few equipments, The kitchen is good could be better, is around 700mtrs from MALL and other convinience.
