酒店环境很好，服务也不错，旁边有个商场吃饭逛街看电影都很方便！停车也方便！房间里的开关是智能的，床垫睡上去也很舒服！

说实话这个酒店能看出来是花了心思设计的，但其实。。。整体入住体验不是很好，感觉是想走w的风格但走歪了？一千出头的价格在深圳也不算便宜，但整体来说没有感觉到出彩的地方，设计也好服务也好，感觉像一个普通精品酒店。高层的风景不错，可以看到东湖公园全景。

一上五楼黑漆漆的，很安静有点怕，但是前台服务十分热情瞬间就没那么害怕了。前台小姐姐很专业，把酒店房间和其他设施设备都介绍了一遍，瞬间觉得好高级啊，性价比很高。

觉得比较一般的酒店，房间的装修风格为日本性冷淡风，灯光有点昏暗，不是我喜欢的风格。设施设备还好，没什么服务人员，觉得不像五星级酒店的配置。旁边就是商场，用餐方便。价格确实贵了。
