酒店很大很干净，服务也很棒！就是房间有点绕，老年人进去后找不到自己的房间。后面临着盘门景区，相当好看。有室内室外游泳池，很适合家庭居住！

非常棒的酒店，整个酒店就像是一个园景。小桥流水细节舒适。给做了房间升级安排。免费的地下停车场非常方便。酒店有后门直通盘门景区，晚饭后可以到盘门河边的人工步道散歩景色非常美。很好的五星级酒店，下次去苏州还会选择在这里入住。
