酒店位置很好，坐游船方便，去各个景区都比较近，酒店外观很有特色，自带园林，孩子说像住在城堡里，非常喜欢，早餐种类较丰富

酒店位置不错，花园直接通到盘门景区，酒店对入住客人附赠盘门景区门票和古运河游船票，性价比很不错。前台的小杨先生服务态度非常好，办理入住后还带我们到房间。美中不足的是，春节期间服务人员严重不足，中餐厅无人接待领座，无人收拾桌面，比较乱。

酒店内外部环境都非常棒，一楼花园直通盘门景区，还赠送水上游船，自助早餐10岁以下免费，以中式点心为主。房间里非常暖和，一应俱全。特别是服务员时瑜晴送来了贴心的苏式点心和甜汤，还赠送了儿童旅行套装和防疫包，总之酒店的性价比不敌了。

房间没啥可拍的，陈旧到没想法，但是卫生没问题，我用酒精湿巾擦了一边没有污渍。洗澡水大，淋浴房不漏水，备品竟然还不错，这是优点。给的房间对着盘门景区，就是低了点，谁让我订的房型低呢。服务中规中矩，没啥特别好，也没有不好。出门没啥吃的，要到东大街上有很多，但是走路超过一公里以上，这酒店就是住情怀，远不如十全街方便。

门生一般、设施老旧、晚上还没有空调说没人开、后来实在太冷、自己找前台要了个、小热暖器、要了床被子、来的时候没有提前告知没有空调、反正就是差吧！
