周一过生日所以选了周末苏州短途游。选了吴宫真是选对了。园林式酒店自己就是一步一景，工作人员各个笑脸相迎，态度极好，让客人感受到了宾至如归的感觉！
酒店的塔影咖啡店里的Amy热情风趣，和酒店相连的盘门景区住客可以随便进出。白天和夜晚亮灯后也是2种美景，果断定了过年大年初一带妈妈也来体验一下！

A truly breath taking hotel surrounded with ancient scenes.
Great location and well trained and helpful staff. From front desk, concierge to restaurant, every staff member has been helpful. The breakfast buffet and evening meal are high quality with great service.
Special thanks to Hao Yiran (郝一然）， who booked taxi for us on a number of occasions and moving our over weight luggages.
We will definitely stay in this hotel for our future visits.

Very lovely hotel with a beautiful garden you can access. We enjoyed all the perks of the hotel. We also got a free upgrade to really nice room which was an amazing surprise. We had meals at both the Italian restaurant and breakfast buffet. Both were really good with great service.

选择带父母在苏州小住一晚，选择了亲子房，却让自己重回5岁的感觉。好在外屋的单人床我睡的也是足够，窗外的盘门园景更是怡人。酒店的服务人员“小谷”早早把相关事宜发给我，任何细节问题也可以随时沟通，体贴入微。酒店的咖啡、麪馆、餐饮都足够让你感受到便利。唯一觉得最好饮用瓶装水的品质提升一下，更适合泡茶。然后安静的看看酒店的中式园林，亦是惬意。

This hotel is superb..totally the 古风 and scenic!and most of all..we dun need to go out to the tourist places to take photos!we can do it in the hotel area and no need to squeeze with the crowd!best!

Everything is ok, free entry to Panmen is a bonus, night view really fantastic, breakfast not up to expectation, overall is a real five stars hotel standard, will stay again when travel to Suzhou
