Location is very convenient, almost a 10-15 drive to tourist areas. The hotel itself is magnificent and really beautiful! Breakfast buffet spread was alright.
The hotel is really huge so there’s quite a bit of walking from the lobby to your room. Room space is quite big, just things are a little dusty and looks a little aged. Service wise, all’s good!
Oh, the gym is really huge but the equipment inside need to be better maintained.

Large hotel with old decor, staff is friendly, the corridors could be a maze sometimes and it takes a while to get to the lobby. Panmen access is helpful and pretty at night.

房间乾净衞生，井然有序，客服服务也非常到位！所需要的矿泉水之类的，一个电话即可在很短的时间内送到，非常好！下次还要去住宿。

不错看见人一些差的评语还有点担心但实际上还是不错的。 酒店环境真的是美和乾净的??酒店早餐是很多样化但食物不是特别好吃有点点失望。试了酒店的海天楼食物蛮好吃就给了些小费但服务其实不到位有待进步。。也没带客进场或付了钱説声谢谢欢迎下次再来反正服务就是很差。 给我感觉是你要吃进来吃完付钱自已走。

在这边参加个活动，就直接住这个酒店了，这个酒店周边没什么东西的，但是叫外卖也挺方便。酒店本身古色古香的有一个景区可以免费进去逛，我觉得最大的问题，应该是是空调不足，我的房间，晚上空调打到30度，然后还把双床的另外一床被子盖在身上才勉强过去。早餐可以

房间翻新后设施很舒服，床品也软。酒店非常大 由很多楼组成，走廊也有不少细节 通过摆件装饰古画完成，能感受到酒店的品质。 酒店内有家麪馆也很不错，出品不是糊弄的味道，住房客人还有优惠。
另外两个小细节，办理入住的小宋及其他工作人员态度都很好，能快速解决我的需求，十分感谢；经过走廊时遇到保洁人员 她也和我打了招呼，可以感受到酒店的热情

趁着周末和老公来苏州度个假，这家酒店性价比特别高，酒店内部环境很好，酒店风格是那种青砖黛瓦的园林设计，很有特色。另外酒店内有家麪馆也很推荐，很地道。最后表扬一下酒店来打扫衞生的保洁阿姨！戈永玲阿姨特别认真负责，房间打扫的十分乾净！很推荐！

园林特色的酒店，就像住在苏州的园林里，景色很漂亮。早上预约了旅游导览服务，酒店礼宾部丁先生讲解的很生动，这40分钟让我了解了酒店，盘门，以及苏州很多历史，超级赞。下次还会来住。另外推荐第一次来苏州的一定要去他们家礼宾部先了解一下在苏州怎么游玩，吃点什么。真的少走很多冤枉路。
