We had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific Suzhou! My family spent two nights here, and the service was truly top-notch. From seamless transport arrangements to thoughtful amenities—including special items for our kids like toothpaste and slippers—they paid attention to every detail. The complimentary garden access was a particular highlight, offering a gorgeous and peaceful setting for photos.
The entire team was wonderful. Everyone, from the welcoming doorman to the efficient housekeeping staff, was consistently friendly and helpful. We are especially grateful to Concierge team member, 小谈 (Xiǎo Tán), for his outstanding assistance. He was always ready to help and made our stay even smoother.
For a truly lovely Hanfu photoshoot experience, international guests can consider 艺瑟汉服摄影 (Yìsè Hànfú Shèyǐng), just a short ride from the hotel. The talented husband-and-wife duo who run it are fantastic with children, which helped them capture our most natural and joyful moments. We were recommended this studio by a local, and it was the best choice we made!
Lastly, don't miss the hidden gem we chanced upon: Fortune Burger, located opposite the hotel. Their burgers, made with a homemade recipe, absolutely will not disappoint.

?? 酒店对面有惊喜！ 偶然发现的汉堡店「福堡」，简直是隐藏BOSS！手工牛肉饼绝了，汁水充盈，一口下去大满足！速去！

No regrets staying at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The view, service, and location are all superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff attentive and friendly, and the hotel’s serene setting makes it a perfect base to explore Suzhou. Highly recommended!

Absolutely gorgeous! Impressive building with beautiful architecture and access to the historic garden and ancient city. Lovely breakfast (if you are foreign you must sample the Chinese goodies) staff are fantastic, thanks to Mila from reception we even a room upgrade. Highly recommended.

This hotel is so gorgeous! The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is big and fluffy. The location and the hotel grounds is just simply stunning! When you arrive, you'd be at awe! The staff are all so helpful and friendly. We stayed here for two nights as a family of 8! The kids enjoyed the breakfast and the access to the beautiful Chinese garden located within the hotel itself. It was also close to all the lovely attractions. Loved my stay here so much!

非常满意的一次体验~整个酒店就是一个景区，另外管家Graves也是有求必应，细心周到。酒店是非常有特色的园林酒店，小桥流水一步一景，设施齐全，游泳网球高尔夫健身房，停车也很方便。千万别错过盘门景区的夜景，还有下午茶汉服体验~对了，这里的地理位置也很好，到平江路狮子林苏博附近也很方便~下次还想带父母来体验一次~

老城区很舒服的酒店，环境很好，楼下瑞园旁边小门可以直接到盘门景区，走过去景区里最近很火的伍相祠几分钟，酒店装修後很舒服，服务也很好，小谷服务很好很贴心，从入住前就联系发各种指引，解答的很详细。下次来还会再住的，很适合带父母来。

酒店在姑苏区，园林风，酒店有点年纪，维护的挺好，和盘门景区是隔壁邻居，凭房卡免费多次进出，符合我们带小小孩选酒店的想法。天热适合饭後逛，看演出，图2是演出安排表，盘门很惬意，环境非常舒适。
房间备注的塔景，瑞光楼4楼，一室一厅，是最里麪一间房，空调声音稍微有点大，制冷ok，晚上房间的关掉，开客厅的还行，阳台这块隔音一般，唱歌还是干啥的能听到声音。
注意看指示，有两部电梯，一部是客房电梯。一楼有旗袍汉服体验1小时，旗袍叫春和景明，汉服没试，试了旗袍，一般面料的300左右，可以考虑。如果没带小小孩，我一定认真滴拍照[笑哭了R]
隔壁瑞麪服务很好，看我们带小孩，弄麪条夹不断主动给了剪刀剪麪。酒店1楼的全日制早餐种类还行，服务很耐心了，周末有中午晚上有自助，4楼有意大利餐厅。
总结：能选，很优美，适合带小孩，服务主动。停车场要上坡绕一圈能看到，有点挤，考验技术。因为园林，有的路段要抱，有台阶。床围栏有点松垮，要注意，粥加过糖，小朋友食物自己要带好。房间还是相对比较小，胜在景好，记着选大点的房。

酒店外围的环境确实不错，边上有个景区就在後门，整个酒店像建在一个公园里麪，就是酒店里麪的设施设备有点旧了，配套的洗浴用品也是一点都不值这个价，服务业一般，很多服务都没有，要多次去问客服部才知道，房间指示也做的不好，每次找个地方总是绕圈圈，连个问路的都找不到。房价600多一个晚上，也不送早餐，除了外部环境好，其他都不像五星街酒店，以後应该不会来了

酒店就在盘门景区边，有小门直通进入景区。这次是纯休闲，盘门人也不多，夜晚还有灯光，沿河慢慢走，很舒适。
晚餐不想吃外面的火锅烧烤，酒店的自助餐也不错。
酒店设计布局有园林风格，可以走走逛逛喂喂锦鲤。这次入住的是至尊阳台套房，房间布局设施都可以，阳台正对盘门的瑞光塔，很安静，傍晚和早晨的日光都很美。

这次出行选择了吴宫真是绝对正确的选择，晚上凭房卡欣赏盘门景区夜景真是美不胜收??品嚐了瑞麪，味道也杠杠的！酒店小环境也美，设施也比较完善。打扫的夏宁师傅夫妇热情周到，打扫认真乾净，为他们点赞??下次来苏州还会选择吴宫！
