这次入住必须大力称赞酒店管家Doris，她的服务堪称典范！从入住前的问候到入住期间的各项需求，都安排得妥帖周到。她细心记住了我的偏好，主动提供帮助，让这次住宿充满了温暖的个性化体验。
房间一如既往地舒适整洁，万丽床品保障了高质量的睡眠。餐饮选择丰富，尤其喜欢早餐的苏式风味。

盛万丽酒店：看演唱会住这儿，体验直接拉满！
来苏州追谢霆锋演唱会，选尼盛万丽酒店真的选对了！地理位置绝到惊喜，步行十来分钟就到演唱会场馆，赛後散着步就能回酒店，完全不用挤打车高峯，周边还有商圈和小吃街，看完演出想加餐、买点纪念品都超方便。
交通也特别省心，离地铁站超近，从高铁站坐地铁过来直达，之後想抽空去拙政园、平江路这些景点逛逛，换乘也不用绕路，对我们这种赶场的游客太友好了。
重点夸夸管家Doris和Clara！俩姑娘也太贴心了吧！入住时主动帮我们提行李，得知是来听演唱会，不仅提醒我们场馆附近的交通管制，还特意在房间备了小零食和温水，説怕我们散场回来饿肚子。中途想借个充电线，几分钟就送过来了，全程笑眯眯的，态度特别亲切，像朋友一样暖心。
房间也很赞，乾净又宽敞，床品软乎乎的，看完演唱会累得不行，躺下秒睡超解压。整体体验感满分，下次来苏州肯定还住这儿，也强烈推荐给来苏看演出、旅游的小夥伴！

Dear person in charge
I really appreciate Miranda's kindness. I was really touched by the concierge service at the Renaissance Hotel.
I was worried a lot about her being a foreigner and not speaking any Chinese, but Miranda had restaurant reservations, hotel bus rides, and even gifts I really wanted to buy, and she looked all over the place just by looking at the pictures I am truly grateful for allowing me to buy it. I don't think I have ever met such a kind person in my country. As an East Asian, I feel really proud. I felt the warmth of China through Miranda at the Renaissance Hotel. Thank you so much. Next time I come, I will visit the Renaissance Hotel again because of Miranda.
