评价一下这个酒店，check-in第一印象韩国前台服务生和扎马尾辫子的女孩子服务态度非常好，对于酒店的第一印象自然也不错，前台服务生耐心有好温暖。之后停车出现点小问题，也及时解决了。最让我们接受不了的就是西餐厅晚餐自助餐一身黑西服短发的陈经理，住过这么多五星级酒店，这种还真是第一次遇到，把客人简直当成动物园的动物，排排队等候，问了一系列明知故问的问题，明明两大一小全家，还问你们几个人一起的吗，而且这种对客人的冷漠不友好的还是没见过，没有一点微笑就不说，各种斜眼翻白眼，这种服务态度对于一个星级酒店简直是一种遗憾。

位置很好，正对中央公园，新区商业街内，周围很热闹，早餐也中规中矩，就是酒店服务需要改进，定了两个房间开始只给了一间，还没有双床房，第二间房卡送的很慢，做的可以更好
