  With the help of the staff ( Miss. Clara) I could get easy check-in service, and everything went smoothly. It was my second time staying at Renaissance suzhou and recommsable for everyone. I will definitely stay in the future again.

  Located in the new town area, close the subway station. A good place to relax after visiting busy area in the old town. Good food and cocktails at the bar. The front desk staff are very helpful. Feeling little strange that there’s this kind of cartoon decoration in room for a 5 star hotel.

  The hotel staff were very warm and friendly, always smiling and approachable. I'd like to commend Joy at the check-in counter for her patience and thoroughness. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was abundant. We even renew ed our booking and recommended the hotel to our friends.

  GOOD location: in between brand new mall and old city, both reachable by bike, ok pool, good gym, good breakfast, good dinner buffet (208RMB) Good support from concierge NOT GOOD old design -＞ if you are older than 50 years you might like it last renovated in 2017 AC not working properly

  很不错的酒店 泳池有温泉池 适合小宝宝泡一泡 不过酒店没有其他适合小孩子的游乐设施。地理位置挺方便的 服务也很周到。总体挺满意的

  再次预定这家酒店 🚗 交通：闹中取静的酒店，车位很多，出行非常方便，距离大秋裤步行可到，市区主要景点打车一刻钟可到 🧹卫生：整洁、干净、舒服 🔔服务：早餐可圈可点，果汁是鲜榨的，面条好吃，高峰期能做到忙而不乱难能可贵。能接触到的每个服务人员包括门童、前台、车库门口引导大爷都能开心、热情的服务，点个赞

  服务很到位，让人舒心，房间也很干净，特别是床睡的比较舒服，一觉睡到天亮，早餐品种也比较丰富，一次很好的旅行。
