晚上睡觉的时候大堂音乐很吵，大半夜跟酒店说了三次，都回复马上关，但是都没有关，吵得一晚上没睡好。最有意思的是一家五星级酒店怎么能明知客房能听到大堂音乐，还彻夜播放音乐，是设计的问题还是服务的问题？

一开始朋友给订的，房间和日期都不对，礼宾部薇薇一直在帮忙联系查询，协助安排房间，很顺利的入住。酒店位置很好，环境奢华，前台和客房服务都很热情。

带孩子来天津 定了这个酒店的儿童房 最在意的就是住宿环境卫生和舒适 这个地方真的让我很满意 前台小姐姐Bertha 付鑫艳热情又贴心 住了两天觉得不错又续住了一天 真的不错 星奇儿童房让两个小可爱玩的不亦乐乎 有机会来天津还是会继续选择这家酒店的！
