酒店服务意识还是不够，硬件OK，服务软件跟不上。原本预定了2间房给4位意大利客人。因其中一人名字拼写不对，酒店把4位客人安排到1间房，也不自动和eLong
联系。这样4位意大利客人在一间房住了2晚，只能睡沙发和地上。
