五星的价格 快捷的服务 硬件上没问题 软件上问题很多 感觉员工基本都没经过培训或者无奖惩举措 导致遇到客户不知道自己该做什么会让客人有更好的入住体验 但也不能一概而论 餐厅主厨就是个例外 热情周到 餐厅大堂经理男就不行 aggressive的感觉 我觉得他可以回家了 客房服务如果呼叫多次可能会不耐烦 泳池服务员会吼你。。服务问题很大 硬件投入也很大 总的来说 没有性价比

酒店停车免费但与去房间的电梯不通，需要走100米。房间卫生一般，床上有头发。设施完善，喜欢圆圆的浴缸可以看夜景。服务客气挺周到，但像是新人。泳池在楼顶，虽然没下水但看有三岁小朋友在玩，肯定不凉。早餐卫生种类挺多，边上还有个小小孩可以玩的地方，对带孩子的很方便。

#完美服务# 酒店服务员都很热情❤️开始房间号给写错了，开门的时候出现了些小插曲，但工作人员跑了两趟终于解决了，就是等的时候楼梯内有些热，但环境不错，屋内空调也给力。带着宝宝给提供了宝宝床，还有水果。床很大，游泳池也很好，有两个儿童的泳池，就是比较小，但挺好的，温度都合适，人也不多，孩子很喜欢。早餐后，服务人员还热情的给孩子装了一小盒水果🍉。退房也很贴心。
