酒店位置和环境都特别好，能在都市中找到这么一处清净又有异国情调的地方，真是喜出望外。
服务还算好，还有可以进步的空间。
早餐很用心，但是觉得比起同等级的酒店还略微逊色了些。
总之，很愉悦的度假体验。

建筑风格很有特色，房间风格也比较喜欢，浴洗间有点稍暗，入住送了酒吧软饮，但是种类较少，有鸡尾酒会更好

算是中规中矩的五星酒店，下面说说好的地方与不足的地方！
首先，因为是跟对象住，酒店帮忙把房间布置了一下，这点非常感谢！前台办理入住与退房也很快！餐厅早餐虽然品种比较少，但是，服务员很热情，服务很好
其次说下不足，首先是房间卫生，房间阳台上有大量上个客人留下的烟头，其次，房间的地毯与卫生间地面也残留很多渣子！另外，客房服务速度慢的出奇！下午一点多要的荞麦枕和加湿器，一直到四点多才送过来，这速度让人无法置信！而且，房间门铃也是坏的无法使用，难道主管查房不检查吗？顺便说一下，礼宾是酒店的门面，第一个接触客人的服务人员，但是，抵达当天门童一直趴在窗户那边玩手机，没有察觉客人经过，这点与五星酒店的管理有很大差距！
