酒店整体非常不错，配套设施齐备，内部装修也很好，整体服务也很到位，尤其是几位轮班的大堂经理，非常尽职，其他服务人员也都很有素质。唯一遗憾的是，酒店自己的游泳馆，虽然没有泳帽不可以下池游泳，但下池游泳的人也可以手拿着泳帽而不必须戴在头上。游泳馆的负责人，戾气嚣张，傲慢无礼，态度恶劣，与酒店的整体服务水平极不相配，使酒店整体服务形象大打折扣。由于对两位大堂经理印象良好，所以还是给了推荐。
