酒店比较旧了服务还可以 没什么人气 最烂的是艺龙 家里老人过世去不了 携程都给帮忙的 艺龙不管只是打官腔 一点人情味儿没有 服务不是一般的差 为了换个地方避开北京不方便做一些事情 特意去了合肥做总部 千万别找他们定 不如自己直接酒店定了

酒店环境优美，建筑很有特色。服务周到，卫生良好。餐饮水平下降，品种逐年减少。最不与酒店匹配的就是空调系统，那叫个烂。冬天冻死，房间要加放电暖器，夏天热死，没法在房间里呆。两次入住，很受刺激。本来是在周末到酒店度假小憩，结果搞得家人心情特糟糕。。。。无语
