位置靠近盘山，世博会智利馆，周边农庄很多。采摘种类很多，酒店装修一般，但整个面积很大，还有别墅群。服务很差，早餐很差。

酒店整体环境不错，服务员反应很快也很热情，就是游泳池开放时间太短，洗漱用品不好，尤其是牙刷，用完牙床疼。

头一回发生订单确认后到店无房的情况。而且酒店正直节假日高峰已无多余的房。协商之后，按照艺龙的赔偿机制说是要赔偿的。可是到今天还没收到赔偿款啊。赔偿款在哪里？？

酒店的设施确实显得有些旧了，我们住的房间的暖风系统，也不是很给力，虽然能感觉到，但是两个房间差别挺大的，让服务员帮忙调了一下，没有什么变化。但服务还是挺不错的，服务员还是比较周到，包括前台接待啊还有餐厅的服务，都不错。孩子还是比较喜欢住在这个地方，交通也方便，希望店家能够在细节方面加以改进吧。
