前台服务态度差，没说完话就挂电话。客房订餐没有订餐电话，各种转接。订餐一会可以挂帐，一会不可以，沟通态度还特别不耐烦。客房基本的东西比如纸抽只有一张，说没有了，送来的纸质量特别差。水壶和杯子一股怪味，用热水洗了两次都还是有味道。被子，毛巾也有一股味道。房间设施看上去还是不错的，位置也好。就是服务做的相当不到位。感觉离机场近，就特别牛，不耐烦。

酒店设施豪华，早餐美味。商务出行很方便。晚上去了意大利风情街，在那里的酒吧喝喝酒，也是惬意的。天津是一个美丽的城市。
