白雲酒店總體來說非常不錯。位於空港經濟區內，離機場不遠，可用航班號預約免費接送機服務。酒店附近有公交車站，可搭乘公交前往空港經濟區的其他地方及市區，或者轉地鐵。酒店的自助早餐品種豐富，味道不錯。夜宵提供到凌晨一點。房間的設施絕大多數都是完好的，不過床頭正上方有一盞燈是壞的，門口的吸門器也是壞的，可以盡快維修一下。值得一提的是，洗手間內的時鐘讀數非常準確，這一點相當難得，也進一步說明酒店在細節方面做得非常到位。酒店的健身房也非常不錯，非常適合熱愛健身的朋友。延遲退房服務可到下午兩點。下次來天津還會入住白雲酒店。

各方面都很不错的酒店，因为赶上10.1黄金周，所以接机是礼宾部的盛先生去的，人很好，有很高的素养。到达酒店后，高小姐和服务人员又一起帮忙拿行李给送到房间，很温馨的感觉，下次还会选择入住这家酒店
