前台桌子太宽了，特别不方便。到酒店加了四百多升级了河景房，但并没有想象中那么美腻。窗子非常小且玻璃不干净。床品各种还好，卫生间洗浴区域比较大，但马桶有些反味儿。拖鞋没有防水的另外鞋底非常滑几次差点摔倒。
对于谁来说……免费赠送的水一半是悦榕庄的表一半是农夫山泉……让人觉得也就那么回事儿了……无所谓什么牌子水，连全包了的钱都花不起么？

早餐略显简单，与五星级酒店不太相配，也许是因客人少而减少了或降低了质量和品种？我住924，那坐便器与地面有间隙，咣当。那排气装置不太管用。其余都好，很棒！包括门童，前台，楼层，餐厅服务员都很合格

酒店服务态度一流，无奈酒店太老了，房间内的瓷砖都发黄了，毛巾一沾水就黑漆漆的（反正不管去谁家 我都自带毛巾），总体来说，感觉不是很舒服…
