硬件很好，客房，环境，配套都不错，游泳池是温泉水，不呛，而且水温很适合。软件服务欠缺。没送迎宾水果，客房配套不全，餐厅不能零点，烧烤味道欠缺，而且服务混乱，凉菜和酒水催了几次都没上全，另外前台服务生硬，冷冰冰，退房时间过长，这些都显示服务意识和培训不够，希望改进。

环境还行，但不在塘沽中心区。
半夜起来马桶还没有水，说是一浇水房间就没有水了。
另外前台服务态度不好，明明是两份早饭一开始就给一张卷，还让我跟前台嚷嚷一顿才给的两种。
房间也显得比较旧，蚊子还很多。

第二次入住了，带孩子去玩的，今年的印象就是蚊子了，从酒店的饭店用餐出来后，会经过一个公园，大概2/3百米的距离回到大堂的这段距离，简直就是噩梦呀，蚊子应该是一团一团的往你脸上扑，只能闭着眼向前冲，转天带孩子骑酒店的4人单车，就绕酒店一圈，已经被咬了10多个大包，这还是一直轰这蚊子的结果，郁闷呀！其他还好，蚊子就让这次旅游大打折扣了
